Brian Heder

Brian Heder is described by Rockstar as a drug runner from an earlier era of smuggling in the Leonida Keys. He still moves product through a boat yard with his third wife, Lori, but age and experience have put him in a position where other people can handle much of the dangerous work.

Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian's properties in exchange for helping with local shakedowns. That arrangement places Brian inside Jason's immediate circle and gives the official screenshots useful context, but it does not confirm property ownership mechanics, recurring jobs, or the player's access to Brian's equipment.

Lori is named in Rockstar's text but does not receive a separate official profile or suitable standalone image, so she is not split into a thin catalog entry in this release.
